The End!!!

So we have come to the end of this blog. However, I intend on continuing with my workout plan of action. For the last several weeks I have been going above and beyond what I set out to do. I hope that I can continue this trend and be crazy in shape for summer. I hope everyone else accomplished some form of their goals as well. I bid all of you farewell....Jaime out!!!

More Exciting News...

So for the last week I have worked out EVERYDAY!!! I am sore and tired....but I'm doing it and I feel damn good about it. It feels great to sweat and get all of my frustration out. I am one happy camper. We will see if I can keep it up through my continuing medical stuff and finals.

To be continued...

And it Continues...

Unfortunately, the pain continues. This means that I still have not been able to used my beloved elliptical =(. However, I have been able to at least walk a little bit with my dog (I mean SHORT walks). But I suppose that is better than nothing at all. Hopefully, next week will bring better news....until then....

Update

Soooo at the beginning of spring break I begun my work out routine again. However, I have gotten three urinary tract infections in the last month and a half and was referred to a urologist. The ulogist performed a cystoscopy and a bladder extending procedure (which was one of the most painful things I have ever experienced). It turns out that I have a condition called interstitial cystitis which is an irritation of the lining of the bladder. To treat this I get to have a lovely shot into my bladder once a week for 12 weeks in conjuction with 6 months of antibiotics. So it seems that I will not be getting back into my regular work out routine for a while. SHOOT ME NOW!!!!
